Clariant Beauty
Brand Identity
When Clariant acquired Lucas Meyer Cosmetics while choosing to preserve the brand’s distinctiveness, it was the very identity of Clariant Personal Care that came into question—both in the architecture of its offering and in the narrative of its identity. Through workshops and one-on-one interviews, we worked in close partnership with the people who shape the division, while drawing deeply on the Group’s DNA. Crafting the signature was an exercise in capturing, distilling, and concentrating meaning. Our focus was to bring to the surface what, within the brand, could spark the momentum for its transformation and serve as a catalyst for integration.
